Influencer Identification and Outreach
- Research and identify influencers who align with our brand’s image and target audience.
- Build relationships with influencers through personalised outreach.
Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Develop influencer marketing campaigns to meet specific goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, or sales).
- Create briefs and guidelines for influencers to ensure brand consistency.
Negotiation and Contracts
- Negotiate contracts, compensation, and deliverables with influencers.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as FTC guidelines, Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs) for influencer marketing.
Content Management
- Collaborate with influencers to develop content that resonates with their audiences while promoting your brand.
- Review and approve content to ensure it meets brand standards.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns using tools like UTM links, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
- Provide reports and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Community Building
- Foster long-term relationships with influencers for ongoing collaboration.
- Engage with influencer content to build a positive brand-influencer rapport.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Marketing qualification advantageous
Criteria
- 3-5 Years experience within the media industry
- 3-5 Years experience as an Influencer / online marketing role
Salary
R20’000 – R30’000 / Month
