Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- National Secretarial Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration, NQF Level 5
Experience:
- 3 – 5 Years relevant secretarial and administrative experience at a senior
- Knowledge and exposure to Assurance / Insurance
Responsibilities and Duties:
- To provide full secretarial and administrative services to the nominated
- To maintain client service excellence
- Able to handle
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good telephonic techniques
- Able to manage the daily diary for the broker in
- Schedule appointments
