Administration Assistant – SSAA

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
  • National Secretarial Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration, NQF Level 5

Experience:

  • 3 – 5 Years relevant secretarial and administrative experience at a senior
  • Knowledge and exposure to Assurance / Insurance

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To provide full secretarial and administrative services to the nominated
  • To maintain client service excellence
  • Able to handle
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good telephonic techniques
  • Able to manage the daily diary for the broker in
  • Schedule appointments
