Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Center or Tele sales work experience minimum of 1 to 3 years.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
- Computer literacy
- In-debt knowledge of our Company’s products and/or services
- Expertise in the customer service area we focus in, such as Wealth portfolio’s, short term insurance, Financial, and other areas of our business.
Duties
- Pitch the business to potential new clients in the medical profession and book appointments with doctors for the financial advisor’s visits.
- Source leads from the different databases.
- Work closely with the financial advisors and their teams.
- Book appointments in accordance with the financial advisor’s diaries.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- This position is for highly motivated individuals who are target driven.
