Our client based in the retail sector are currently seeking the skills of a Credit Operations Supervisor-Collections to be based in Cape Town
Main job function
• Staff scheduling
• Staff training
• Staff performance monitoring
• Managing poor performance
• Recruitment and selection
• Managing the daily work flow processes
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Call monitoring
• Rotating night shift
Qualifications
Matric/Equivalent
Criteria
2 to 3 years leadership/supervisory experience within a Call Centre/Credit environment. Collections experience would be required
Retail Collections would be advantageous.
Experience and or knowledge of Vision Plus, Presence and Tableau reporting will be a strong advantage
