General Manager (SSGM)

Our client is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, specializing in solar energy installations. We are dedicated to promoting sustainable energy practices while delivering top- tier service to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and support the CEO.

Position Overview:

The General Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. You will be responsible for managing the overall operations with a focus on financial control, systems, procedures, procurement and optimizing team performance. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for clean energy and a proven track record in operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership s Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and employees across various departments (administration, sales, warehouse, customer service, ).

Operations Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce

Financial Oversight:

• Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and PCL management.

Sales Customer Service:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role, ideally within the solar energy, construction, or related
• Strong understanding of solar installation operations, processes, and technologies is advantageous.

Educations Experience:
