Main job function
- Lead and manage the team to achieve the Group objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest regulations pertaining to the various industries served.
- Provide thought leadership reports/articles/editorials to various stakeholders, including clients, universities, marketing platforms, etc.
- Provide recommendations to clients across industries on best solutions for their applications and requirements.
- Maintain a strong, productive and sustainable relationship with Executives from Company
- Identify and participate in key projects across the territories that the company serves.
- Improve customer service levels across the various functions of the Company business department.
- Have good product knowledge- Key Instruments (Personal Radiation Detectors, Dosimetry Equipment, Portal Monitors and TLD Equipment) and Core Consumables.
- Ensure sales targets and goals are met (Revenue, units, market share, KPI and performance goals)
- Determine the appropriate company Radiation instruments that meet the application needs of existing/potential customers.
- Identify new opportunities and growth areas in the various industries associated with radiation exposure.
- Manage key customers relationships- Radiation Safety Personnel, Health Care Personnel, Researchers and Clinical Researchers.
Requirements
- Good understanding of the concepts pertaining to radiation safety, detection and measurement
- More than 1 year of sales experience across relevant industries.
- Diploma or relevant certificates in healthcare or other relevant fields will be an added advantage.
- Medical Devices or Healthcare industries experience will be an advantage.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with an active personality.
- Good compute skills ( MS Office – Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Ability to travel as often as business needs dictate.
Remuneration
R 12 000 – R 25 000
