Junior Sales Representative – JSJSR

Main job function

– Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers

– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

– Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

– Prepare and send sales quotations and invoices to customers

– Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of products

– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts

– Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

 

 

Qualifications

– Minimum Grade 12

– Language requirements:  Fluent in English and Afrikaans are mandatory

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong customer service orientation

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)

– Familiarity with Syspro software is a plus

– Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
