Job Purpose
Responsible for the overall operation and management of an elderly care facility, overseeing all aspects of resident care, staff management, financial operations, and compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for senior residents while adhering to South African healthcare standards.

Key Skills / Knowledge and Experience
Matric, with a relevant qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse) with additional management training is preferred.
Proven experience in managing an elderly care facility, ideally within the South African healthcare system
Valid SA Driver’s License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Compassionate.
