Main job function
• Sales manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
• Set realistic and achievable targets for Account Managers.
• Delegated duties as per interests and specializations of the individual team members.
• Sales manager devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
• The sales manager should map potential customers
• Motivating sales team members.
• Ensure that the sales team is delivering desired results.
• Maintaining and improving relationships with the clients.
• Ensure and maintain the company policies and procedures.
• Sales Management experience and an understanding technical experience on mills, conveyor gearboxes and crushers
• Manage 8 Sales Account Representatives
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license essential.
Education:
Relevant Degree or diploma
