We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on individual to join the team.
Main job function
Provide sound HR advice aligned to national legislative requirements and policy guidelines of the group of companies (5).
Overseeing and assisting in coordinating and managing the HR Function for the respective companies, through accurate and detailed administration;
management of time and attendance; payroll processes; employee relations (LRA, BCOEA and Policy); recruitment and selection; employment equity reporting; workmen’s compensation administration, while adhering to labour legislation and always maintaining strict confidentiality.
CCMA administration and appearances.
Assisting in the BBBEE Certification process.
Own transport essential and willing to travel.
Qualifications
Matric, National Diploma / Degree in HR or similar.
Experience/Criteria
5+ years similar experience.
Financial services experience.
Dealing with Motor Industry Bargaining council (MIBCO) (advantageous) and good understanding of collective agreements (advantageous).
HR Focus (systems) ERSBio (systems).
MIE Biometrics (systems).
Understanding of labour legislation (BCOEA; LRA; EE; UIF; OHSA).
Remuneration: R30 – R40 000 Base salary pm
