Our client based in Gauteng are currently seeking the skills of a Senior Manager Stakeholder Management
Main job function
The Senior Manager: Stakeholder Management role is to support in embedding the Companies reputation and stakeholder management framework and policy and build stakeholder management capability across the markets. The role will be instrumental in supporting in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of stakeholder engagement activities for the group. The role will contribute to the positioning of the company as a trusted partner of choice in the markets and on platforms through driving reputation, building relationships and managing issues.
Qualifications
Minimum 4-year degree in International Relations, Political Studies, Diplomacy, or related field.
Postgraduate degree (MBA Advantageous)
Relevant certification / accreditation / membership with professional body as required for role
Criteria
Minimum 5 years senior management experience or more
Experience working in a medium to large organization
Experience working into Africa and the Middle East
Stakeholder management development and implementation experience
Regional and international travel may be required
Fluent in English. Ability to communicate in French and other African languages would be advantageous
Understanding and knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
