Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the green building sector in South Africa. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will excel in managing international clients and projects. They must demonstrate the ability to efficiently handle complex projects, meet deadlines, and lead with inspiration and a people-focused approach and have successfully worked as lead on projects.

Working within the Green Building Services Team, responsibilities include:

• project management
• quality control
• meeting deadlines
• managing deliverables and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Core qualifications include a postgraduate degree in environmental science or engineering, critical thinking skills, and a strong work ethic.

Candidates should possess good project management and interpersonal skills, be adaptable to changing project landscapes, and be willing to take on leadership roles when necessary. Previous experience with green certifications like Green Star, Living Building, EDGE, or net zero is advantageous, with a Green Star AP certification being a must.

Qualifications

• Post graduate science or engineering degree in environmental or similar field
  • Qualified as an Accredited Professional with the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA).
  • Must have successfully managed and completed (as a lead) at least 5 Green Star

Certifications.

• Experience on previous certifications (green star, living building, EDGE, net zero will be advantageous
• Certified as a Green Star AP is a must
