My client is seeking an exceptional Branch Manager and Customer Relationship Manager to lead our Port Elizabeth office and oversee East London branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a flair for horticulture, and a proven track record of building strong relationships and managing high-performing teams.

Main job function
• Overall management of branch
• Management of sales, operations and finance teams in line with company values
• Achievement of business targets
• Maintenance of client relations
• Ensuring the stock control process is implemented and carried out
• Oversee the daily co-ordination of drivers and their routes
• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all landscaping and installations to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
• Completion of all necessary administrative duties
Qualifications
• Strong management/senior supervisory experience
• Strategic business orientation
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Strong people orientation and leadership abilities
• Sense of urgency, thoroughness and completion – attention to detail
• Knowledge of horticulture and maintenance thereof would be advantageous
• Prepared to work in a hands-on environment
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel etc)
• Code 8 Drivers License and vehicle.
• In depth knowledge of the Port Elizabeth area
Remuneration: R28 000 – R30 000 Per month
