Main job function
We’re seeking a talented professional to fill a dynamic role that offers opportunities for growth and expansion. The initial responsibilities will include:
– Pre-litigation debt collection and management
– Overseeing external attorney instructions for debt collection matters
– Drafting and reviewing standard agreements, including:
– Preparing template agreements
– Reviewing and approving external agreements for signature
As you grow in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more complex and challenging responsibilities.
Qualifications
- B – degree
- Admission as attorney
Experience
- 3 years post-admission litigation experience
