CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

Responsible for leading and managing the sales and underwriting process while achieving targeted business plan goals on a national level. This role involves overseeing broker consultants, driving business growth, and ensuring efficient operations. It also includes developing business strategies and providing technical guidance to internal teams, ensuring high service levels and compliance.

• Minimum of 5 years of technical expertise in

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

• Experience in the South African insurance/re-insurance
• Expertise in underwriting principles and performance

• Strong understanding of statutory and legislative
• Experience with financial services and compliance

KNOWLEDGE 

• In-depth knowledge of underwriting, insurance, and re-insurance

• Strong understanding of Clients compliance

• Expertise in sales, underwriting targets, and best

• Proficient in using relevant IT

• Excellent communication and interpersonal
